Black Isle self catering Late Deals phone 01349 877158 self catering by Inverness currency convertor

Balinoe stands in nearly an acre of private landscaped gardens with spectacular unspoilt views. On the western edge of the Black Isle, which despite its name is not an island but a peninsula, Balinoe is close to the towns of Dingwall and Conon Bridge and although in a tranquil and peaceful location is only a 15 minute drive away from the cosmopolitan atmosphere of Inverness, one of Europe´s up and coming cities. The views across the Conon Valley from the living room, bedrooms and garden take in Ben Wyvis, one of the highest mountains in the UK, and to the east the Cromarty Firth. Bottlenose Dolphins, Seals and a variety of wildlife are often seen in and around the Cromarty and Moray Firths.

The area has a strong agricultural background and every year on the first Thursday in August hosts the Black Isle Show, arguably the second most important agricultural show in Scotland. Infamous Highland entertainment and hospitality are in abundance for all the family.

The property has a double bedroom and twin bedroom, with en suite, and there is a family bathroom as well. It provides spacious accommodation for four people and is furnished and equipped to a high standard, to the extent of a flat panel TV, DVD player & Sky+ TV package, (hopefully this wont keep the men glued to seats in the living room throughout your stay) and free wireless internet access. There is a well equipped, fully fitted kitchen, including washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. Should you decide not to dine in there are many eateries a short drive away. There is even the opportunity to try cooking on the AGA (don't worry – The AGA is always alight and ready for use).

All bed linen and towels are included in the price, as are electricity and oil. We also supply a welcome pack of washing up liquid, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and soap.

The outside of the house is surrounded by a large, private, dry-stone walled garden and there is a small patio area with a table and chairs for guests to relax and take in the spectacular views.
